- Confirmation email sent after purchase (BMC-XXXXX format)
- My Account → My Orders when logged in
- Square payment receipt
Possible statuses
- Pending — awaiting payment confirmation
- Paid — payment confirmed, preparing shipment
- Processing — picking and packing
- Shipped — dispatched with tracking number
- Delivered — received at the provided address
Tracking issues
- Make sure the email matches the one used at checkout
- Tracking codes may take up to 24 hours to activate
