BMC Grills delivers throughout the United States. Review rates, timelines, and important shipping information below.

1. Delivery area

We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii (remote areas may have extended timelines). We do not ship outside the US at this time.

2. Shipping rates

• Standard shipping: $49.90 per order (may vary by weight and grill dimensions).
• Free shipping: on orders over $500 to continental US addresses.
• Exact cost is calculated at checkout based on your ZIP code.

3. Delivery timeline

• Estimated delivery: 3 to 7 business days after payment confirmation and order processing.
• Large grills may require specialized freight (+2 to 5 business days).
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

4. Order processing

1. Payment confirmation (usually immediate).
2. Picking and packing (1–2 business days).
3. Shipment with tracking number sent by email.
4. Delivery by carrier to the address provided.

5. Tracking

Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also track at Track Order or in My Orders when logged in.

6. Delivery inspection

Inspect packaging upon delivery. If damage is visible, refuse or document with the carrier and notify us within 48 hours.
