BMC Grills stands behind the quality of every product we sell. This page describes coverage, terms, and how to file a warranty claim.
1. Coverage by category
- Rotisserie grills (Volta Pro, Fogo, and similar): 2 years against manufacturing defects in structure, rotisserie motor, and original electrical components.
- Knives and utensils: 1 year against manufacturing defects (blade, handle, and welds).
- Accessories (grates, skewers, thermometers): 1 year against manufacturing defects.
2. What is covered
- Material or workmanship defects from manufacturing.
- Replacement parts or repair, at BMC Grills' discretion.
- Product replacement when repair is not feasible.
3. What is not covered
- Normal wear from regular use (e.g., grate wear, heat discoloration).
- Damage from misuse, negligence, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
- Heavy commercial use without prior authorization.
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers.
- Damage from incorrect installation or lack of recommended maintenance.
4. Extended warranty
Register your product within 30 days of purchase to activate extended warranty and receive exclusive maintenance updates.
5. How to file a claim
- Have your receipt or order number (BMC-...).
- Describe the defect with photos or video if possible.
- Contact contato@bmcgrills.com or our Contact form with model and serial number.
- Our team will review within 5 business days and guide you on return, repair, or replacement.
6. Consumer rights
This warranty supplements, and does not replace, rights under applicable US consumer protection laws.
